Getting Started

How do I sign in to Streamli9?+
Streamli9 uses Microsoft or Google sign-in. Click "Sign in with Microsoft" or "Sign in with Google" on the login screen. No separate account registration is needed — your Microsoft or Google identity is your Streamli9 account.
How do I connect my Zoom account?+
After signing in, go to Settings > Connected Accounts and click Connect next to Zoom. You'll be redirected to Zoom's authorization page where you can grant Streamli9 permission to access your meeting transcripts. You can disconnect at any time.
Do I need a paid Zoom account?+
Streamli9 works with any Zoom account that has cloud recording and transcripts enabled. Cloud recording is available on Zoom Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.
Which platforms are supported?+
Streamli9 is a desktop application available for Windows. Meeting data is synced from Zoom via your connected account.

Meetings & Action Items

How does Streamli9 extract action items?+
When a Zoom meeting ends and a transcript is available, Streamli9 downloads the text transcript (not audio or video) and processes it using AI to identify action items, owners, deadlines, and priorities.
Which meetings are synced?+
When you first connect Zoom, meetings from the past 7 days are synced. After that, new meetings are synced automatically via Zoom webhooks when they end and a transcript becomes available.
Why don't I see action items for a meeting?+
Action items are only extracted from meetings that have cloud recording transcripts. Check that cloud recording was enabled for the meeting, that the transcript has finished processing on Zoom's side (this can take several minutes after a meeting ends), and that your Zoom account is connected in Settings.
Who can see my action items?+
Meeting hosts can see all action items from meetings they host. Participants can only see action items assigned to them. This privacy model is platform-wide and cannot be changed.
What happens to my transcripts?+
Raw transcripts and AI summaries are automatically deleted after 7 days. Only the extracted action items are retained long-term. We never store audio or video recordings.

Account & Privacy

How do I disconnect Zoom?+
Go to Settings > Connected Accounts and click Disconnect next to Zoom. Your Zoom OAuth authorization will be revoked. Previously synced data remains accessible. You can reconnect at any time.
How do I export my data?+
Go to Settings > Privacy > Export Data. Streamli9 will generate a ZIP file containing all your meetings, action items, and profile data in JSON and CSV format. The export is available for download within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. A 7-day grace period begins during which you can cancel. After 7 days, all your data is permanently deleted, including meetings, action items, OAuth tokens, and profile information.
What data does Streamli9 access from Zoom?+
Streamli9 accesses only meeting metadata (title, date, time, duration), meeting participants (names, email addresses), and cloud recording transcripts (text only). We do not access or store audio recordings, video recordings, chat messages, or any other Zoom data.
Is my data encrypted?+
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage.

Troubleshooting

My Zoom connection shows an error.+
Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Zoom account in Settings > Connected Accounts. If the issue persists, sign out of Streamli9 and sign back in.
Meetings are not syncing automatically.+
Automatic syncing relies on Zoom webhook events. Ensure your Zoom account is still connected (check Settings), cloud recording is enabled for your meetings, and the meeting has ended. If meetings still don't appear, try manually refreshing the dashboard.
The app is not responding or shows a blank screen.+
Try closing and reopening the application. If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in, check your internet connection, and contact support if the problem continues.
