1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Streamli9 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Streamli9 is operated by Streamli9 ("we", "our", "us"), based in India, serving users globally.

2. Description of Service

Streamli9 is an AI-powered meeting accountability platform that:

  • Connects to your Zoom account to access meeting transcripts (text only — no audio or video)
  • Uses artificial intelligence to extract action items, owners, deadlines, and priorities
  • Monitors email threads (via Microsoft Outlook) for status updates on action items
  • Sends automated reminders on your behalf
  • Provides a dashboard for tracking action items across meetings

3. Account Registration

To use Streamli9, you must sign in using a Microsoft or Google account via OAuth 2.0. By signing in, you:

  • Confirm you are at least 18 years of age
  • Agree to provide accurate account information
  • Are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Third-Party Service Connections

Streamli9 integrates with third-party services (Zoom, Microsoft, Google). By connecting these services:

  • You authorize Streamli9 to access the data specified during the OAuth consent process
  • You can revoke access at any time through Settings > Connected Accounts
  • Your use of third-party services is also governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies
  • We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to access
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal use
  • Circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Plans

Streamli9 offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features and higher usage limits as described on our pricing page.

6.2 Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Payment is processed by Dodo Payments (global markets) or Razorpay (India)
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Annual plans include a 17% discount

6.3 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial of paid features. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan or continue with limited free features.

6.4 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refund for the current period.
  • Annual subscriptions (within 24 hours): Full refund available.
  • Annual subscriptions (after 24 hours, within 6 months): Refund calculated as amount paid minus (monthly price before discount x months used).
  • Annual subscriptions (after 6 months): Refund calculated as amount paid minus (monthly price with discount x months used).
  • Token top-ups: Non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Streamli9 and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of your data (meetings, action items, transcripts). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. AI Processing

Streamli9 uses third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-4o-mini) to process meeting transcripts. By using the Service:

  • You acknowledge that transcript text is sent to AI providers for processing
  • AI providers do not use your data for model training (per their API terms)
  • AI-generated action items may not be perfectly accurate — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying extracted items
  • We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content

9. Data Handling

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • Raw transcripts and AI summaries are automatically deleted after 7 days
  • We do not access or store audio or video recordings
  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
  • You can export or delete your data at any time through Settings

10. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Zoom, Microsoft, cloud providers)
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with 30 days notice

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Streamli9 from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account
  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy (7-day grace period, then permanent deletion)

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India, unless local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email and in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
