What is Streamli9?
Streamli9 automatically extracts action items from your Zoom meeting transcripts using AI. After each meeting, it identifies who needs to do what, by when — so nothing falls through the cracks.

Getting Started
Setup takes about 2 minutes. The app guides you through each step automatically.
Step 1: Download & Sign In
- Download and install the Streamli9 desktop app (Windows)
- Launch the app
- Click "Sign in with Microsoft" or "Sign in with Google"
- Complete the sign-in in your browser — you'll be redirected back automatically
No separate registration needed. Your Microsoft or Google account is your Streamli9 identity.
Step 2: Connect Zoom
After signing in, the app takes you to the Getting Started page:
- Click "Connect Zoom"
- Your browser opens Zoom's authorization page
- Sign in to Zoom (if not already signed in) and click "Allow"
- You'll be redirected back to Streamli9
Once connected, your past meetings (last 7 days) begin syncing automatically.
Requirement: Your Zoom account needs cloud recording with transcripts enabled (Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise).
Step 3: Choose a Plan
After connecting Zoom, the app shows the Plan Selection screen:
- Review the available plans (Starter, Pro, or BYOAI)
- Toggle between monthly and annual billing (annual saves 17%)
- Select the plan that fits your needs
- Complete payment — your plan activates instantly

Step 4: You're All Set
After choosing a plan, you land on your Dashboard. Your synced meetings appear automatically, and action items are extracted as new meetings end. That's it — Streamli9 works in the background from here.
Dashboard & Navigation
Once you're set up, the sidebar gives you quick access to everything:
- Dashboard — overview of recent meetings and action item stats
- Action Items — all your action items across every meeting
- Meetings — full list of synced meetings + recurring series
- Dependencies — action items that depend on other items
- Usage — your token consumption this billing cycle
- Billing — manage your subscription and payment
- Refer a Friend — share Streamli9 and earn a free month
- Distributor — earn commissions by referring paying customers
- Settings — connected accounts, reminders, privacy, and account management
Meetings
The Meetings page shows all synced meetings with date, title, duration, and participant count. Click any meeting to see its details and extracted action items.
Action Items
- All Items: action items across all meetings
- My Items: only items assigned to you
- Filter by status: Pending, In Progress, Completed, Blocked
- Sort by due date, meeting date, or priority
Each action item shows a description, owner, due date, priority, status, and the source meeting it came from.
Refer a Friend
Love Streamli9? Share it with colleagues. When someone signs up using your referral, you get one month free (capped at your plan value). Your friend gets the standard 14-day free trial. Find your referral link in the sidebar under Refer a Friend.
Managing Connected Accounts
Connect a Platform
- Go to Settings > Connected Accounts
- Click "Connect" next to the platform you want to add (Zoom, Microsoft Outlook)
- Complete the OAuth authorization in your browser
Disconnect a Platform
- Go to Settings > Connected Accounts
- Click "Disconnect" next to the platform
- Confirm the disconnection
- Your authorization with that platform will be revoked
- Previously synced data remains accessible
Reconnect a Platform
- Go to Settings > Connected Accounts
- Click "Connect" next to the disconnected platform
- You'll need to re-authorize since the previous authorization was revoked
Plans & Pricing
Streamli9 offers flexible plans for individuals and teams. All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial of paid features — no credit card required.
Available Plans
Streamli9 offers three plan types to fit different needs:
- Starter — 1,000 tokens/month (1 token = 1 minute of meeting processed). Top-up tokens available if you need more mid-month.
- Pro — unlimited meetings with no token limits.
- BYOAI — unlimited meetings using your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key.
Pricing is adjusted to your region automatically. Annual billing saves 17%. View pricing for your region.
Enterprise Plans
For teams of 5 or more. Enterprise plans include per-user pricing with volume discounts up to 20% off for larger teams. Features include admin dashboard, seat management, domain restriction, centralized billing, and usage analytics.

Choosing or Changing a Plan
During onboarding, the app shows the Plan Selection screen right after you connect Zoom. You can also change your plan later:
- Go to Billing in the sidebar (or Settings > Subscription)
- Browse available plans and compare features
- Toggle between monthly and annual billing (annual saves 17%)
- Click "Subscribe" to proceed to checkout
- Complete payment — your plan activates immediately
Cancellation & Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refund.
- Annual subscriptions (within 24 hours): Full refund available.
- Annual subscriptions (after 24 hours): Pro-rated refund based on months used.
- Token top-ups: Non-refundable.
After cancellation, you retain read-only access for 30 days, export access for 90 days, and data is permanently deleted after 90 days.
How Action Item Extraction Works
The Process
- Meeting ends — Zoom notifies Streamli9 via webhook
- Transcript ready — Zoom generates a text transcript from the cloud recording
- AI processing — Streamli9 downloads the transcript text and sends it to AI for analysis
- Extraction — AI identifies action items, matches owners to participants, detects deadlines
- Display — Action items appear in your dashboard

Privacy & Data
Privacy Model
- If you are the meeting host: You can see all action items from your meetings
- If you are a participant: You can only see action items assigned to you
- This model is platform-wide and is not configurable

Account Deletion
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
- A 7-day grace period begins (you can cancel during this time)
- After 7 days, all data is permanently deleted
- Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law

Earn Money as a Distributor
The Streamli9 Distributor Program lets you earn commissions by referring new paying customers. It's free to join and built right into the app.
How It Works
- Enrol — Open the Distributor page in the app sidebar and click "Become a Distributor". Fill in your details and payment information.
- Share — You'll get a unique referral code (e.g., REF-XXXXXX) and a shareable referral link. Share it with anyone who might benefit from Streamli9.
- Earn — When someone signs up using your link or code and subscribes to a paid plan, you earn a commission.
- Get Paid — Once your balance reaches $10, you can request a payout. Funds are transferred within 3-5 business days.
Commission Rates

Commissions are one-time per unique customer, based on the first month's subscription fee. The attribution window is 30 days from when someone clicks your link or enters your code.
Distributor Dashboard
Your distributor dashboard (accessible from the app sidebar) shows:
- Total earnings — all-time and current balance
- Referral tools — your unique link and code with copy buttons
- Performance stats — link clicks, signups, paid conversions
- Earnings history — transaction log with status (pending, available, paid)
- Payout section — request withdrawals when balance reaches $10
Key Rules
- Commissions become available 30 days after the customer subscribes (to account for refunds)
- Minimum payout threshold: $10
- You must earn at least one commission every 3 months to keep your distributor account active
- New distributors have unlimited time to earn their first commission
- Customer privacy is protected — you see aggregate stats only, never individual customer details
Troubleshooting
No meetings appearing after connecting Zoom
- Ensure cloud recording is enabled on your Zoom account
- Meetings from the last 7 days are synced on first connection
- Wait a few moments for the sync to complete
No action items extracted from a meeting
- The meeting must have a cloud recording transcript
- Transcript generation by Zoom may take several minutes after a meeting ends
- Check that your Zoom account is still connected in Settings
App not loading or showing errors
- Close and reopen the application
- Sign out and sign back in
- Check your internet connection
